Last month, we teamed up with EY and BAN to bring you an exclusive Ace Your Assessment Centre session, designed to help you navigate and excel in competitive recruitment processes. Attendees had the unique opportunity to engage in a simulated case study exercise, gaining invaluable insights and strategies to stand out during assessment centres.
What Went Down at the Event?
The Welcome Session, led by Shaheen, by the EY Team, kicked off the event where attendees were given a very thorough and insightful overview of the opportunities available at EY.
Next, our members tackled a simulated case study, where they were presented with a real-world business problem. Working in teams, they developed structured solutions, showcasing their critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. The session concluded with expert feedback from the team at EY and current EY apprentices, providing attendees with actionable insights to refine their approach.
To close the day, our Q&A Panel featuring EY apprentices enabled our members to learn from the apprentices who shared their personal career journeys, insights into working at EY, and advice on securing roles in a competitive job market. Attendees had the opportunity to network, ask questions, and build valuable connections.
